Cookie and local-storage notice
EpicIMS uses only the storage needed to authenticate users, keep the application working and remember the optional Penny conversation on the user’s device.
Effective date: 30 September 2026. Last reviewed: 30 September 2026.
1. What we use
- Authentication and security storage used by Firebase and the application to maintain a signed-in session, protect requests and prevent abuse.
- Functional browser storage used by Penny to retain the user's conversation for up to 24 hours after the last change, per user and active company.
- Short-lived technical data used for request security, rate limiting and error diagnosis.
2. What we do not use
EpicIMS does not use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural advertising, analytics trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party marketing pixels. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
3. Your choices
Strictly necessary storage cannot be disabled while using a signed-in account. You can clear Penny history by signing out, clearing site storage, or using the application's sign-out controls. Clearing necessary authentication storage signs you out and may prevent the service from working.
4. Changes and contact
If we introduce optional analytics, marketing or non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and provide the consent or opt-out control required by applicable law before using them. Questions: privacy@epickod.org.
